In the rutracker.org torrent, this album is named "Live United In Seoul". After searching YouTube, I found videos like this and this, which seem to come from the original video from which this album was ripped. Because these YouTube videos describe refer to the source video as "Live Tour In Korea 'Blood Music'", I trusted them and renamed the album as such.

Anyway, there's no mention of any of these album names in any reliable information source (i.e. Gonsiopea, Wikipedia, the official website), so no one can say for sure what this album is. My best guess is that this is an ordinary live performance which aired on Korean television and was recorded by someone
